FALCONEYE SHIELD DIGITAL LICENSE PURCHASE TERMS
Version: 2026-09-23-R1.3.0

1. Digital license. This purchase or voucher redemption grants one non-exclusive FalconEye Shield server license for the recorded term and server/license profile. The license may not be resold, shared, transferred, sublicensed, or used to activate unrelated customers without written approval.

2. Digital delivery and activation. A verified PayPal payment or successfully redeemed FalconEye voucher creates or renews the licensed server profile. For a new fixed-term license that is not yet assigned to a customer, the purchased duration does not begin at payment or voucher-redemption time. The term begins when the license is first assigned/activated. If the buyer email already belongs to an existing FalconEye customer and the new license is assigned immediately, the term begins at that immediate assignment. Lifetime has no scheduled expiration. A Custom Date voucher uses the calendar expiration recorded on that voucher.

3. PayPal charges and voucher payment records. Public PayPal checkout offers One Month - USD $30.00, Three Months - USD $60.00, and Lifetime - USD $200.00. Each PayPal checkout charges the displayed amount once and does not create automatic recurring billing. A FalconEye voucher represents a manual payment already recorded by the administrator. Redeeming a voucher does not create a new online charge. Each voucher is one-time use, and the voucher's own term is authoritative even if the buyer opened a different pricing card before redemption.

4. Renewal. A renewal voucher adds the voucher's recorded entitlement to the selected existing license regardless of that license's previous purchase cycle. One Day/Three Days add the recorded days; One Month/Three Months add the recorded months; Lifetime removes the scheduled expiration. Fixed-term renewal while active or inside the 48-hour grace period stacks from the applicable current due date. After grace has ended, a fixed-term renewal starts from the successful renewal time. A Custom Date renewal may extend the license to the voucher's recorded calendar date and will not be applied if it would shorten the current entitlement.

5. Voucher redemption. Voucher codes are bearer credentials until redeemed: keep them private. A successful redemption is atomic and consumes the voucher once. Used or cancelled vouchers cannot be reused. FalconEye records the voucher reference, recorded amount/currency, term, order/license, redemption time, and related audit events; the redeemable secret code itself is not placed in transaction history.

6. Support and security expectations. FalconEye is security software intended to increase resistance to cheating, tampering, automation, packet abuse, and related attacks. No anti-cheat can guarantee that every future bypass or cheat will be impossible. Support covers the licensed FalconEye product according to the service offered at the time of purchase.

7. Refunds, disputes, and mandatory rights. PayPal refunds/disputes are handled according to applicable law, PayPal rules, and the circumstances of the transaction. PayPal disputes, chargebacks, reversals, or investigations may suspend the affected license/account while unresolved. Manual/voucher payment adjustments are handled by FalconEye support. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Abuse and unauthorized use. Attempts to bypass licensing, redistribute protected builds, share activation access, attack FalconEye infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful activity may result in suspension or revocation independent of a payment dispute.

9. Transaction and agreement evidence. FalconEye may store the order reference, payment method, purchase/renewal type, plan or voucher term, amount/currency, buyer email, PayPal transaction/payment data when applicable, voucher reference when applicable, acceptance time, IP address, browser/user-agent, exact terms snapshot, license issuance/renewal records, activation-delivery records, and related audit events.

10. Agreement. By completing checkout or voucher redemption, the buyer confirms that they reviewed the displayed terms/rules, understand the recorded entitlement and amount, understand when a new unassigned fixed-term license begins, and understand that PayPal checkout does not create automatic recurring billing and a voucher is consumed once on successful redemption.
